Instrument Panel for Audi Q8/Q6-Etron: Over 23,000 person-hours were dedicated to the prototype and serial design of the instrument panel for the Audi Q8/Q6-Etron. Our team developed slush molding parts, fixation concepts, and tooling feasibility, ensuring a seamless integration into the vehicle’s interior.
Door Trim Design for VW T7: In a project spanning 13 months and over 9,000 person-hours, Tech Pennar designed the upper and lower panel parts for the VW T7. Our work included prototype and serial design, carrier for slush molding parts, and a common defrost channel for leather and slush variants.
Instrument Panel & Central Console for PO 426: This project involved 11 months of intensive work, totaling over 13,000 person-hours. Our team designed the center console parts and instrument panel, ensuring compatibility with both leather and slush variants and conducting thorough DMU checks.
Pillar Trim for Porsche E3: Over a period of 6 months, Tech Pennar dedicated more than 4,000 person-hours to the design of A-Pillar and B-Pillar trims for the Porsche E3. Our work included DMU checks, seat belt trim fixations, and tooling design, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
