Structure

Tech Pennar offers collaborative experience, organized programs and team. We develop the design and provide detailed structural services. Our team strategy takes into account interoperability and resources with the design environment. The processes are managed by integrating the latest technologies to create the optimal prototype. The structural documentation is improvised to ensure that the fabrication is rendered correctly. The team creates the probable future milestones that include:

  • Planning and scheduling for 4 D to match the delivery process.
  • Rebar modelling and detailing presentations.
  • Estimates and costs are done via 5 D models.
  • Detailed drawings are done for shelf angles, josts, roofs, stairs, partitions, frames and lintels. It includes a review of all shop drawings too.
To improve productivity, we add metal fabricators with the development of 2D and 3D CAD models. It is useful for all metal related claddings and enclosures. In the same manner steel detailing is also done. We use REVIT and Tekla to create error-free models.

MEP

All projects with respect to MEP depend on the accuracy and details presented by BIM enablers. Virtual sharing saves time and discussions are held in real time during the pre-production stage. While creating the proposed prototype, surrounding environment of the site is also deliberated. This system is capable of gathering all resources on a common platform for each department, professionals and vendors. The latest software features offer advantages of BIM in construction cycle with the least human error. As a critical team work enabler, it is an ideal reference point throughout the project cycle. There is no need for everyone to physically be present to discuss progressive stages.
